Job Title: Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out (CAT A/B)

About the role
A well-established commercial fit out contractor is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join their team delivering high-quality CAT A and CAT B office projects in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with light to mid-weight project management experience to take ownership of projects, working directly with the Director.
You will manage all aspects of project delivery, coordinating subcontractors, tracking progress, and supporting commercial and quality standards. While primarily office-based, the role requires occasional site visits to ensure smooth delivery.
Key responsibilities
Managing the delivery of CAT A and CAT B office fit out projects from start to finish
Coordinating and managing subcontractors and site teams
Monitoring project progress, programmes, and budgets
Supporting cost control and reporting to the Director
Ensuring health, safety, and quality compliance across all projects
Maintaining strong client and consultant relationships
Attending site as required to oversee delivery and resolve issues
Experience required
Previous experience managing commercial fit out projects (CAT A/B or office refurb)
Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
Confident reporting to senior management and supporting decision-making
Skills and attributes
Organised, proactive and hands-on
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently while taking direction from the Director
Commercially minded with attention to detail
