Here are our Top 10 Highlights of 2025:

1. Team Expansion & Development

We welcomed four talented new consultants, Charmaine, Lottie, Mikey and Grace and invested significantly in developing our existing team. Structured training, 1-to-1 performance coaching, and tailored development pathways have helped our consultants continuously level up and deliver exceptional service.

2. Record-Breaking Billing Year

2025 has been our highest-performing year to date, with multiple consultants breaking personal bests. This reflects our growing market presence and relentless commitment to quality.

3. Strengthening New Desks Across the Business

This year marked a major expansion of our specialist offering. We successfully strengthened and grew two high-demand desks:

M&E Consultancy Desk – placing top-tier MEP professionals, expanding relationships with building services consultancies, and driving strong results across design, sustainability, and engineering roles.

CDM / Health & Safety Desk – building a trusted presence supporting Principal Designers, CDM Advisors and H&S professionals across the UK, with growing repeat business from leading developers and consultancies.

These desks have already added significant capability to the business and will continue to be strategic growth areas for 2026.

4. AI-Powered Recruitment Transformation

This year marked a leap forward in how we work. We introduced AI-driven talent search, automated marketing workflows, and enhanced candidate-matching technology, helping us respond faster, source smarter, and give clients truly modern recruitment solutions.

5. Award Nominations & Industry Recognition

Aldwych was shortlisted for The Candidate Experience award this year and was awarded by Great Place to Work 2025 – recognising our excellent client service, consultant performance, and commitment to ethical recruitment practices.

6. Community & Charity Impact

We continued our dedication to giving back, supporting charities including Operation Christmas Present with the London Ambulance Service and Help the Aged. Our team took part in fundraising triathlons and community days.

7. Sustainability Progress

Building on previous years, we expanded our sustainability efforts—planting hundreds more native UK trees in partnership with The Future Forest Company. Every placed candidate once again received a certificate and tree location, helping us make a measurable impact.
