Our client is looking to add an experienced Site Engineer to join their team in delivering major infrastructure works.

As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in interpreting technical designs and setting out for work, coordinating site activities, and supporting programme delivery across your section of works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and understand design specifications and drawings in accordance with DMRB and SHW

  • Carry out accurate setting out using GPS and Total Station equipment

  • Deliver setting out for earthworks, drainage, and highways

  • Review design information and raise technical queries to the Section Engineer to ensure smooth workflow

  • Contribute to the 4-week lookahead programme for your area's works

  • Work closely with supervisors and the Section Engineer to co-ordinate effectively with other site activities

  • Support delivery of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)

  • Identify, report, and close out Non-Conformances (NCRs)

About You

  • Previous experience of working as a site engineer on a similar project.
  • A degree, HND/HNC in civil engineering, or equivalent relevant qualification
  • CSCS card
  • Drivers Licence
