Salary: £45,000 - £50,000, depending on candidate experience.
The Role:
A high profile, London consultancy is expanding it's Project Management team and is looking for experienced a Project Manager to join a close-knit team of four, led by a senior Project Manager.
You will deliver high-quality projects across commercial, residential, and cultural sectors, managing schemes from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end project management delivery.
Client-facing role managing private individuals and architects.
Programme, cost, and risk management.
Consultant and contractor coordination.
Contract administration (JCT).
Chairing meetings and driving project progress.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Project Exposure:
Commercial developments.
High-end residential schemes.
Arts and gallery projects.
Office fit-outs (£10m - £40m).
About You:
Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction or consultancy.
Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts.
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
Team player with high integrity and professionalism.
Comfortable working on London-based projects only.
