I'm working with an award-winning civil engineering consultancy known for delivering practical, imaginative solutions across a variety of sectors. They're looking for a Principal Civil Engineer to take a lead role in driving this expansion. It's an exciting opportunity to join an established team with the autonomy to shape projects, mentor engineers, and influence the future direction of the office.
What they're looking for:
Extensive UK consultancy experience, particularly on residential-led schemes
Strong understanding of Section 278, 38, 185 & 104 agreements
Confident using AutoCAD, Civil3D, and WinDes/InfoDrainage (or similar)
Excellent communication, client liaison, and commercial awareness
Hands-on with design and delivery-someone who leads by example
Willingness to support team development through mentoring, line management, and leadership
