What You'll Do:
Lead and manage a variety of professional and project-based services
Conduct surveys, inspections, and produce detailed technical reports
Provide expert advice on design, construction, maintenance, and repair
Manage project teams and client relationships from inception to completion
Support junior staff and contribute to business development initiatives
Requirements:
MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with strong consultancy experience
Proven track record of managing high-value projects
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
UK driving license and willingness to travel for site inspections
