The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pedestrian Modelling Consultant to join the central London modelling team on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will support and deliver pedestrian modelling projects across stadia, venues, stations and major urban developments. The role includes data analysis, technical reporting, presentation development and proposal support, with scope to gain exposure to wider transport and traffic modelling assignments.

This role is well suited to someone with approximately 18+ months of pedestrian modelling experience who is passionate about shaping future cities around people rather than vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver pedestrian modelling using tools such as Legion, Viswalk and MassMotion

  • Build spreadsheet-based pedestrian capacity and flow models

  • Analyse large datasets to inform evidence-led transport strategies

  • Prepare technical reports, presentations and client-facing documentation

  • Support transport and traffic modelling projects where required

  • Assist with proposals and business development materials

About You

You will be a proactive self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, hardworking team and has a strong interest in sustainable urban mobility.

To be considered, you should have:

  • Around 18+ months' experience in pedestrian modelling

  • Experience using Legion, Viswalk, MassMotion or similar software

  • Experience developing spreadsheet-based pedestrian models and capacity calculations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent numeracy and analytical ability

  • Confidence working with large datasets

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

  • A recently completed degree or equivalent qualification (HNC/HND etc.)

  • Data analysis or coding skills (desirable)
