I'm working with a highly respected, construction consultancy that has doubled in size over the past decade and was the first of its kind globally to achieve B Corp status, as well as being recognised with the Queen's Award for Enterprise for Sustainable Development.
They are now looking to appoint an Associate Partner (Project Management) to play a key leadership role within their Manchester office.
This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced Project Manager ready to step into a strategic, senior-level role within a progressive, sustainability-led consultancy.

The Role
You will lead and develop the Project Management service in Manchester, working closely with the Office Partner while contributing to the strategic growth of the office.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering high-quality project management across pre- and post-contract stages
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients
Administering contracts (NEC, JCT, FIDIC)
Managing programme, risk, budget and stakeholder coordination
Mentoring and developing junior team members
Supporting business development and strengthening local market presence
Project Sectors
Projects span a diverse portfolio including:
Commercial
Residential
Education
Healthcare
Heritage
Public and private sector developments
About You
Strong experience within a construction consultancy or client-side PM environment
Confident leading delivery and managing multiple stakeholders
MRICS or APM qualified
Commercially aware, ambitious, and ready for greater visibility and responsibility
