I am seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer who is based in London to join my client's extraordinary team of engineers. As a consultancy, they are a team of just under 40 with 2 national offices. They work closely with architects to co-create sustainable buildings and spaces that enhance the quality of life while looking after the earth as much as possible.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be working on projects within a range of sectors including residential, cultural, education, and conservation.

  • Producing drawings and specifications for Mechanical Building Services Systems

  • Carrying out design calculations utilizing both manual and computer techniques

  • Monitoring own design delivery for quality, program, and budget

  • Liaising with other design department members to understand clients' requirements and select appropriate solutions, plant, and equipment

  • Understanding and implementing sustainability and environmental design

  • Site management of contractors and installations for compliance with the design
