I'm working with a well-established, forward-thinking building services consultancy based in Hertfordshire, known for delivering high-quality, sustainable design solutions across the commercial, residential, and education sectors. With steady growth and a strong project pipeline, they're now looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their friendly and talented team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take on more project responsibility, contribute to detailed design work, and grow into a senior position with support from experienced mentors.
What you'll be doing:
Delivering electrical building services designs from concept through to completion
Supporting project delivery across a diverse portfolio of developments
Collaborating with mechanical, structural, and sustainability teams to deliver coordinated solutions
Attending client meetings and contributing to design reviews
Mentoring junior engineers and supporting their professional development
What we're looking for:
Experience working in a UK building services consultancy
Strong knowledge of electrical design standards and relevant regulations
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Amtech (or similar)
Degree or HNC/HND in Building Services or Electrical Engineering
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
