The Role
As an Electrical Engineer, you'll play a key role in the design and delivery of electrical building services systems, working alongside experienced engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing electrical systems including lighting, power, fire alarms, and data/communications
- Producing calculations, specifications, and technical reports
- Supporting projects from concept through to completion
- Collaborating with clients, architects, and other consultants
- Ensuring compliance with current regulations and industry standards
- Contributing to sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions
What They're Looking For
- Experience within a building services consultancy (or similar environment)
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and standards
- Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical calculation tools (e.g. Amtech, Dialux)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive attitude and desire to progress professionally
