My client, a leading construction consultancy, is seeking an experienced and talented Associate Director Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious MRICS professional looking to advance their career with a firm that works on exciting, complex commissions for prestigious clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • MRICS qualification

  • Significant experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the hospitality, residential and/or private healthcare sectors

  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to lead projects/teams

  • Excellent client-facing skills and ability to develop client relationships

  • Solid technical expertise in areas such as procurement, cost management, contract administration, etc.

  • Commitment to delivering projects to the highest standards
