I am excited to announce one of my clients is looking for a Technical Manager to lead their Flood Risk team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading consultancy that works on incredible projects across the UK and works within a number of sectors including residential, healthcare, commercial and retail.
Your main responsibilities will include leading the team of engineers, delivery of projects, managing staff and assisting the Principal Director with business development and client management.

The ideal candidate will have…
Extensive experience in Flood Risk/Drainage/SuDs
Experience in managing/mentoring other members of staff
Prior experience with design software such as Flood Modeller and TUFLOW
Experience in some or all of the following: flood estimation methods (e.g. ReFH 2 and WINFAP), undertaking environmental impact assessments, drainage and SUDs design, river engineering and water resource assessment.
Experience in managing projects and acting as a technical discipline lead on multi-disciplinary projects is essential
