Structural Technician
£38k-£45k
London W14

A Structural Technician is sought to join this award winning civil and structural consultancy at their offices based in South West London.

You must have several years of experience working as a structural technician on buildings design projects, using both Revit and Autocad. RC Detailing experience would also be useful, but not essential.

The practice is well established and expanding due to its continually increasing workload. The firm works mainly in the high end residential sector, both new build and refurbishment, often bespoke projects involving basement design and multi-storey schemes. Other projects include commercial schemes such as schools and religious buildings. Projects normally range from £150,000 up to £10m. They also get involved in various temporary works design solutions.

The company is financially sound and this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a great team.
The office is a lovely modern work environment, with a flexible and social team, with free tea, coffee, fruit and bread on offer daily to all staff. Package includes flexible working, bonus scheme, pension, private health scheme and regular CPD.
