Role Overview:


The Site Agent will lead and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely delivery of construction works. This role involves supervising site teams, coordinating subcontractors, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with all contractual, technical, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the site team, including Sub Agents, Engineers, and Foremen.

  • Ensure works are executed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

  • Monitor progress, resources, and site productivity.

  • Maintain accurate site records, reports, and as-built documentation.

  • Implement and enforce HSE and environmental standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project controls, and site operations.

  • Proven leadership and subcontractor management skills.

  • CSCS/SMSTS or equivalent site safety certification.

  • Familiarity with NEC.
