About the Opportunity
As a key technical leader you will:

Lead project teams and mentor engineers while ensuring design quality is robust from concept through to delivery and handover.
Work alongside environmental design specialists using advanced modelling and BIM to inform decisions and optimise outcomes.
Play an active role in client engagement and project strategy, helping shape engineering solutions that align with each project's unique goals.

We're Looking For Someone With
Strong mechanical design experience in building services consultancy, with the confidence to lead on complex engineering packages.
Expertise in heating, ventilation, HVAC and other mechanical systems, integrated within high?quality building design.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
Enthusiasm for sustainable design, digital engineering and improving building performance.
