Are you a Senior Site Engineer based within the M25 or surrounding areas looking for an interesting and complex challenge?

I am working with a specialist civil engineering contractor who are looking to add to their wider project team in the London and Essex area. With plenty of work across the UK (and also worldwide), my client is certainly respected in their own field; with a strong forward order book, they are looking to add some muscle to their London team due to an increase in workload in the area.

They are a company who thrives on innovation and technical expertise and it goes to show how much they do as the amount of different projects in numerous countries continue to satisfy clients resulting in almost guaranteed repeat business.
My client is also known for their incredible staff retention rate; due to the ethos of innovation, a tight-knit team environment, mobility within the industry as there are many projects across the UK, and their warm-welcoming working environment. This is a great opportunity to climb the ranks within the business and further develop your technical and commercial skills to ultimately be in a position in the future to manage your own team/project.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Setting out

  • Overseeing subcontractors (but not procuring them)

  • Checking RAMs

  • Modifying internal RAMs

  • Small commercial tasks e.g. agreeing take-offs

  • QA and QC

  • ITP's and RFI's

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Civil or Structural degree qualification (or equivalent)

  • A UK driving license

  • Experience working on civil engineering projects for civil engineering contractors

What you will receive:

  • A desirable salary with accompanying package

  • A range of intriguing and complex engineering projects available in London/Essex

  • A healthy working environment with a business who focus highly on keeping staff satisfied

If this opportunity sounds interesting, please do not hesitate to submit your CV.
