What you'll be doing day-to-day as the Chartered Building Surveyor:
You'll operate in a dual capacity across Building Surveying and Project Management, giving you a well-rounded and engaging workload.
Your role will involve:
Managing projects from initial feasibility through to final delivery
Acting as the key point of contact for clients
Overseeing budgets, timelines, and risk management
Carrying out surveys, inspections, and technical assessments
Producing specifications, reports, and tender documentation
Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
Supporting design, procurement, and construction stages
Contributing to problem-solving on complex or underperforming projects
Requirements:
You'll be someone who enjoys responsibility, communicates well with clients, and takes a proactive approach to delivering projects.
You'll ideally bring:
Around 3+ years' experience in Building Surveying
Experience within a consultancy environment
A mix of project and professional services exposure
Knowledge across pre- and post-contract duties
APC achieved or in progress
A collaborative and personable working style
Flexibility to attend project sites when needed

Up to £55,000 salary
