About the Role:
I am working exclusively with a leading construction consultancy specialising in aviation and airport projects. They are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team and contribute to high-profile, technically challenging projects across the aviation sector.
This is a unique opportunity to work on projects that are critical to airport operations and infrastructure, combining complex commercial management with a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, and budgets for aviation projects
Monitor and control project costs, ensuring value for money and commercial efficiency
Manage procurement, contracts, and subcontractor agreements
Provide commercial advice to project teams and clients
Support dispute resolution and risk management where necessary
About You:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within aviation, airports, or major infrastructure projects
Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills
Experience with NEC essential
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Professional, organised, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
