The Role


As a Senior Project Manager, you will take the lead on the delivery of multiple commercial fit-out and new build projects. Acting as Lead PM, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of multiple commercial fit-out and new build projects

  • Manage full project lifecycle from feasibility to handover

  • Oversee budgets, programmes, and risk management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants

  • Ensure projects meet regulatory and quality standards

About You

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within a consultancy environment

  • Strong background delivering commercial fit-out and/or new build projects

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a construction-related discipline

  • Chartered status (MRICS/APM/MCIOB) desirable
