An established and forward-thinking construction consultancy is expanding its London team and is on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager ready to make their mark. With a strong and diverse pipeline of work, you'll be leading multi-million-pound schemes across commercial, residential and student accommodation sectors, partnering closely with a varied and impressive client base.

What you'll be doing as the Senior Project Manager:
Delivering best-in-class project and programme management across the full project lifecycle
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on cost, programme, risk and delivery strategy
Leading client and stakeholder relationships with confidence and clarity
Producing clear, insightful monthly reports including programmes, risk registers and progress updates
Implementing effective communication and governance processes
Developing and driving robust delivery plans to ensure project objectives are achieved
Challenging convention, adapting to change and maintaining exceptional standards
Continuously seeking ways to improve performance and project outcomes
What they're looking for:
Degree qualified in Project Management or a construction-related discipline
Chartered or working towards a recognised qualification (APM, RICS or similar)
Proven experience managing a wide range of projects from inception to completion
Strong knowledge of project management best practice and methodologies
Commercial or developer-side experience (highly desirable)
Solid understanding of both pre- and post-contract project management responsibilities
