About the role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing main contractor working across a range of highly regulated projects. This is a business that has grown steadily over the recent years and continues to expand in a controlled, sustainable way. Cost planning, budgeting and forecasting
Procurement of subcontract packages and commercial negotiations
Managing variations, change control and valuations

Supporting the continued growth of the business through best-practice commercial management
Experience required
Quantity Surveying experience with a main contractor
