Your Role
You'll be involved in the full QS workload, including cost planning, estimating, tendering, and post-contract services across both residential and commercial schemes. The work is varied, the clients are engaged, and you'll have the autonomy to make your mark while still being part of a supportive team.

- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within UK construction
- Residential and/or commercial experience
- Someone who communicates well and enjoys working with clients and teammates
- A proactive approach and an interest in professional development
- MRICS is great, or working towards
