Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of residential-led or mixed-use projects at the enabling stage, which could include infrastructure such as highways, utilities, and public realm.
- Set up effective project systems and processes.
- Monitor and document project progress, performance indicators, and changes.
- Prepare written communication materials and formal project reports.
- Attend client, contractor, and design team meetings, preparing and distributing minutes.
- Assist with client pitches and presentations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the real estate or construction sectors.
- Cognate qualification in construction, real estate, planning, or engineering.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including contractors and clients.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving ability and strategic thinking.
- Willingness to travel across London and the Southeast.
Desirable:
- An engineering background, preferably in civil, structural, or mechanical/electrical disciplines.
- Knowledge of the full development lifecycle, from business case development through to delivery and handover.
- Direct on-site construction experience, particularly in residential-led or mixed-use projects.
