A well-regarded Construction Consultancy based in London is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join their team.

The Project Manager's Role

The Project Manager will deliver projects across both pre and post contract, working within a variety of sectors, including commercial, large-scale residential, industrial.

Stakeholder management will be key for this Project Manager as they will be working closely with clients across various schemes, ensuring budgetary, time and professional standards are upheld accordingly.

Project Manager Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience within a Construction Consultancy in a Project Management capacity (or similar - Quantity Surveyor/Building Surveyor)

  • In the process of achieving an APM, RICS, or CIOB membership

  • Both pre and post contract experience
