My client is expanding their Cambridge team and is looking for a MRICS Building Surveyor to play a central role in a business at a pivotal stage of growth. The role
You'll take ownership of a varied portfolio of building surveying projects, providing technical leadership, client advice, and practical solutions. Working across a variety of projects, you'll be trusted to deliver high-quality outcomes while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the growth of the Cambridge office.
Key responsibilities
Leading building surveying projects from inception to completion
Producing technical reports, condition surveys, dilapidations, and defect analysis
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members
Driving best practice and ensuring high-quality project delivery

MRICS qualified (Building Surveying)
Proven experience in a consultancy or client-side environment
Strong technical knowledge across building surveying services
Excellent client-facing skills and commercial awareness
