What you'll be doing as the Chartered Building Surveyor:

  • Leading and delivering a broad range of building surveying services-from condition and dilapidation surveys to full project lifecycle delivery

  • Providing expert technical advice on construction, refurbishment, and maintenance schemes

  • Supporting major capital projects while taking ownership of your own portfolio

  • Collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality, sustainable results

  • Playing a key role in client engagement and contributing to business growth

What they're looking for:

  • Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited preferred)

  • MRICS qualified

  • Proven experience across sectors such as commercial, education, or public buildings

  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Solid understanding of contracts, particularly JCT
