What you'll be doing as the Chartered Building Surveyor:
Leading and delivering a broad range of building surveying services-from condition and dilapidation surveys to full project lifecycle delivery
Providing expert technical advice on construction, refurbishment, and maintenance schemes
Supporting major capital projects while taking ownership of your own portfolio
Collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality, sustainable results
Playing a key role in client engagement and contributing to business growth
What they're looking for:
Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited preferred)
MRICS qualified
Proven experience across sectors such as commercial, education, or public buildings
Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of contracts, particularly JCT
