The Role
Deliver MEP cost management services across multiple sectors and projects
Prepare cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
Manage procurement processes and contractor negotiations
Monitor project costs, variations, and financial reporting
Work closely with clients, design teams, and project stakeholders
Support junior team members and contribute to project delivery
About You
Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor experience within consultancy or contractor environments
Strong knowledge of MEP cost management and procurement
MRICS qualified or currently working towards chartership
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Experience working across multiple sectors is highly desirable
