Are you an experienced Land Surveyor looking for your next exciting opportunity? Our client is looking for a surveyor to join their team working on a variety of civil engineering schemes.
In this role, you will be required to efficiently organise and maintain control networks for the project, undertake pre and post pour surveys and complete as-built surveys. You will have a background working on civil engineering projects and understand how to set out engineering elements, undertake topographic surveys and process survey data. You will report into the Survey Manager and work as part of the greater team.
Duties:
Establishing and maintaining survey controls, setting out grid lines, levelling, traversing and other land surveying work.
Carrying out pre and post pour surveys
Volumetric surveys
Accurately and consistently recording underground assets
Data processing using Auto CAD
Ensure that all survey kit is maintained and well kept.
Taking responsibility for junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have:
A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Land surveying, civil engineering or related course.
Be able to display previous experience in a similar role.
Demonstration of proficiency in utilising various types of surveying equipment
Confident in using CAD, LEICA, GPS, and other surveying software
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Possess a clean, full UK driving license
