Contracts Manager - Bristol - £75k + Travel
We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established main contractor based out of their Bristol office. This is a key role reporting directly to the Construction Director, combining contracts management responsibilities with an understanding of design processes to help ensure successful project delivery.
You'll be responsible for supervising subcontractors' production and coordinating works across a diverse project portfolio. The role is predominantly office based with regular site travel as required.


What you'll be doing:

  • Managing subcontractors' production and progress across live projects
  • Overseeing delivery for a well-established main contractor
  • Reporting to the Construction Director on programme, quality, and risks
  • Applying design process knowledge to ensure compliance and coordination
  • Travelling between office and sites, ensuring smooth delivery


What we're looking for:

  • Proven contracts management experience with a main contractor
  • Strong all-round construction knowledge
  • Ability to manage projects with autonomy and accountability
  • Comfortable with both office and site-based responsibilities
  • Within commuting distance of Bristol
