  • Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and technical workshops

Quality, Risk & Compliance

  • Undertake technical audits, design checks, and risk reviews

  • Promote best practice in modelling, documentation, and engineering processes

  • Ensure compliance with UK design standards, CDM duties, and ISO-aligned quality systems

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and develop engineers across the team

  • Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development

  • Promote a culture of innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence

Client & Business Development

  • Act as a senior technical contact for clients, contractors, and regulators

  • Support bid preparation, technical proposals, and workload planning

  • Assist in developing and expanding the regional client base

  • Monitor and report on team financial performance

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng or equivalent)

  • 33 days annual leave (inclusive of public holidays), with buy/sell options

  • Bonus schemes, including loyalty and professional qualification awards

  • Interest-free travel loan

  • A flexible, inclusive culture focused on people, sustainability, and long-term value
