Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)

We are seeking a capable Civil Design Engineer with experience in residential development projects to join an award-winning consultancy working housing and mixed-use schemes. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer ready to take on greater technical responsibility while continuing to develop toward senior level within a supportive consultancy environment.
You will be involved in the design and delivery of residential infrastructure projects, contributing to everything from early-stage feasibility and planning support through to detailed design and construction delivery. Projects typically include large-scale housing developments, build-to-rent schemes, and residential-led regeneration.

About the Consultancy
This employee-owned, independent civil engineering consultancy is highly regarded for its work on residential and mixed-use developments across London. Their portfolio includes high-density housing, urban regeneration, and masterplanned communities, with involvement from concept and planning through to detailed design.

You'll be joining a skilled civil engineering team with expertise in residential highways, drainage (including SuDS), utilities, and external works design, delivering sustainable and practical solutions for complex urban sites.
