Associate Transport Planner - Bristol
I'm working with a leading built environment consultancy seeking an experienced Associate Transport Planner to join their Bristol team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in development planning and transport consultancy, ready to step into a senior role.
This role would suit a Senior or Principal Transport Planner looking to lead projects, manage clients, and play a key role in growing a successful transport planning team.

What you'll be doing
Delivering and overseeing transport planning projects
Producing technical analyses, reports, and presentations
Providing expert advice to colleagues and clients
Supporting project budgets, resourcing, and team leadership
What you'll need
Degree in a relevant subject (Transport, Geography, Civil Engineering, Maths, etc.)
Proven experience in transport planning, ideally in the private sector
Knowledge of trip generation, distribution, design standards, and transport assessments
Experience with TRICS, Junctions 10, LinSig; CAD or road safety skills a plus
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication
Full UK driving licence
