Our client, a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with a vibrant London studio, is seeking a Geotechnical Associate to join their collaborative and sustainability-focused team. The Role:
As a Geotechnical Associate, you will:
Lead project teams and manage multiple projects across residential and commercial sectors
Provide technical leadership in geotechnical design and problem-solving
Prepare high-quality reports and provide foundation recommendations
Represent the team with clients, stakeholders, and project partners
Mentor and develop junior engineers
What They're Looking For:
8+ years' experience in geotechnical engineering
Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related discipline
Chartered with ICE, GSL, or IOM3
Strong understanding of ground engineering principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and practical problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to lead by example and manage technical teams
Self-motivated with initiative and commercial awareness
