Associate Director - Quantity Surveyor

In this role you will:

  • Deliver end to-end quantity surveying for multi-million pound residential developments in coveted London postcodes

  • Produce comprehensive cost analyses, cost plans, budgets, and reporting for projects from Notting Hill to Chelsea and outer London

  • Assemble project requirements, carry out value engineering, identify risk and find solutions to complex cost issues

  • Lead sustainability and carbon-reduction initiatives to uphold the company's visionary reputation

  • Grow trusted client relationships through regular engagement with developers, architects and contractors

  • Mentor junior surveyors while steering company success around quality, innovation and delivery
