Our client is an award-winning construction consultancy renowned for luxury residential builds and renovations across prime London locations and outer London areas. Due to substantial business expansion, they seek an experienced Associate Director Quantity Surveyor.
In this role you will:
Deliver end to-end quantity surveying for multi-million pound residential developments in coveted London postcodes
Produce comprehensive cost analyses, cost plans, budgets, and reporting for projects from Notting Hill to Chelsea and outer London
Assemble project requirements, carry out value engineering, identify risk and find solutions to complex cost issues
Lead sustainability and carbon-reduction initiatives to uphold the company's visionary reputation
Grow trusted client relationships through regular engagement with developers, architects and contractors
Mentor junior surveyors while steering company success around quality, innovation and delivery
Operating from their state-of-the-art London office, you will enjoy autonomy in this leadership position while benefiting from collaborating with the directors and wider team.
