We're looking for a hands-on Site Manager to join our clients team on a large infrastructure project. This is a key role for someone who knows how to run a safe, efficient and high-performing site-while keeping quality, programme and people in check.

You'll be responsible for leading day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors, keeping paperwork tight and making sure work is delivered to spec, as well as:

  • Managing subcontractors, plant, labour and materials

  • Writing and reviewing RAMS, ITPs, method statements and temporary works

  • Handling site records, reporting, programme updates and progress meetings

  • Supporting commercial and design teams with variation info and updates

  • Leading toolbox talks, inductions and team briefings

What we're looking for:

  • Strong background in civil engineering or construction site management

  • SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Manager), and ideally Appointed Person

  • Confident communicator and team leader

  • HND/C or similar in Construction or Civil Engineering
