SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Your Purpose as a Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • Account Management: Lead teams, promote collaboration, and create opportunities for career growth.

  • Business Development: Expand the client base, access higher-margin work, and cross-sell services and locations.

  • Project Leadership: Manage project teams, oversee portfolios, and ensure commercial accountability.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert advice, broaden your legal and technical knowledge, and engage in training initiatives.

  • Team Building & Management: Develop sector-focused teams and mentor junior colleagues.

What You'll Bring:

  • A proven track record of leading projects for UK public sector clients.

  • Membership or active pursuit of membership with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or an equivalent recognized body.

  • Extensive experience with common UK construction contracts, such as NEC, FIDIC, and JCT.

  • Experience in leading business development or account management activities for major construction clients.
