Senior Project Manager
Construction Consultancy - London
Salary: Up to £70,000
An established construction consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering complex, design-led developments is growing its London team. They are looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager who enjoys ownership, influence, and working at the sharp end of major projects.
You'll be trusted to lead high-value, multi-million-pound schemes across commercial, retail, and mixed-use sectors - working directly with ambitious clients who value clarity, creativity, and results.
This role suits someone who wants to progress quickly, contribute ideas, and be recognised for the value they bring.
Key responsibilities:
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind successful project delivery. Your day-to-day influence will include:
- Steering projects from early strategy through to completion
- Acting as a key advisor on programme, cost, risk, and delivery strategy
- Bringing together consultants, stakeholders, and contractors to create aligned teams
- Ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage
- Translating complex information into clear reports, programmes, and risk plans
- Setting delivery standards and supporting the growth of junior team members
What you'll bring:
- A recognised Project Management qualification (APM, RICS, or similar), or be working towards one
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary consultant teams
- Strong knowledge of pre- and post-contract Project Management
- Hands-on experience delivering projects under JCT contracts
- The confidence to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
