Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Salary up to £55,000
Due to a healthy forward workload within the commercial, retail, industrial and housing sectors, our client is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their office in Watford. The office is modern and situated ideally, with easy access from London and the home counties by rail and car.

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will specialize in providing sustainable development infrastructure solutions to private sector clients in the UK and overseas.
Highway and drainage design and bulk earthworks modelling, using UK design standards
Use of Civil 3D, together with Causeway Flow & Microdrainage, AutoCAD, AutoTrack and Navisworks
Producing designs incorporated to BIM level 2 status
Undertaking 3D coordination with the design team to ensure internal project work can be released
Manage projects, attend meetings
Liase with clients, design tea and third party representatives
Report writing (FRA, drainage strategies, specification, technical notes)

The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience within the UK, with the aspiration to gain Incorporated or Chartered status. We are seeking an Engineer who has civil-related design experience of large-scale logistics development projects, this includes all stages from pre-planning through to construction within all sectors including highways, external works, earthworks modelling and drainage.
