What you'll be doing:
- Leading electrical design on a range of building services projects
- Taking responsibility for project delivery, client liaison, and team coordination
- Mentoring and developing junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth
- Supporting the development and expansion of the London office, contributing to business growth strategies
- Championing innovative, sustainable engineering solutions
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer within a building services consultancy
- Strong track record of delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments
- Ability to lead projects and inspire teams
- Chartered, or working towards Chartership (CIBSE, IET or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills and a drive to develop client relationships
