Are you an experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer based in Manchester? Do you want to work on major infrastructure projects? Do you have extensive experience in drainage and earthworks?
My client is looking for a Senior Civil Design Engineer to join their team in South Manchester. They are a privately owned civil and structural engineering consultancy with around 40 members of staff, based across two locations. They work across several sectors focusing on industrial/ logistics, data centres, transportation/highways and TV/Film studios.

The role
Design of civil engineering schemes associated with large developments throughout the UK
Client management including attendance at client and design team meetings
Recognised point of contact for clients on projects
Managing junior staff delivering infrastructure schemes and supporting their training & development
Input into financial control projects, contributing to fee proposals and invoicing.
Ideal candidate
Competent in the use of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microdrainage/Causeway
Flow experience of highway/drainage design associated with s278, s38, and s104 agreements
