As a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager, you will be the linchpin in the project delivery process. Your expertise will guide the financial and operational aspects of the projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from initial tender to final account preparation.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.
Tender Process: Create comprehensive tender documents, recruit sub-contractors, and manage the tendering process.
Documentation: Prepare and certify valuations, bills of quantities, contract documents, CVIs, RFIs, and maintain accurate project records.
Progress Reporting: Generate detailed progress reports to keep stakeholders informed and projects on track.
Scheduling: Develop and manage construction programs and work schedules.
Quality Control: Ensure all on-site works comply with approved drawings and the company's best-practice standards.
Procurement Assistance: Support procurement activities to secure the best resources for the projects.
Inspection: Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
