Quantity Surveyor - Fire Remediation Projects - North East London
Take full commercial ownership of critical recladding and fire remediation schemes with a leading main contractor. This is a long-term rolling contract role based in North East London.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing projects end-to-end, from procurement through to final accounts
- Tendering, estimating and budgeting for works and consultant packages
- Handling PCSA processes and consultant appointments
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations and fire safety requirements
- Monitoring costs, valuations and variations across live projects
Package
- £300-£350/day
- Rolling contract
- Office based in North East London
What We're Looking For
- Quantity Surveyor with main contractor experience
- Confident across procurement, cost management and contract administration
- Strong understanding of numbers and commercial processes
- Willing to work on fire remediation and recladding schemes
- Within commuting distance of North East London
