What You'll Actually Be Doing:
Handling pre- and post-contract duties (nothing gets handed off)

Leading on cost plans, tender docs, and client reporting
Taking the reins on smaller jobs, and stepping up on bigger ones
Dealing directly with clients - not buried in spreadsheets all day
Moving toward MRICS? They'll support you, properly.
What You Bring:
Experience in a consultancy or client-side QS role
Know your way around JCT contracts
Can speak with clients like a pro and present with confidence
You take ownership - you don't need chasing
MRICS or on the way there? Perfect.
