SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE SUCCESSFUL QUANTITY SURVEYOR:
Experience as a quantity surveyor within the property market
Degree qualified in a relevant construction or property discipline.
Previous experience delivering within the Residential, Commercial or Hotels/Leisure sectors. (Preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment).
Negotiation skills

Report writing
Presentation skills
Proven track record at the appropriate level
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUCCESSFUL QUANTITY SURVEYOR:
Pre and Post contract services
Attend site meetings.
Produce documents to tender.
Contract Administration
