Seeking an Exceptional Quantity Surveyor to work on Prestigious Projects in London

Our construction consultancy client is seeking an accomplished Quantity Surveyor to join their team working on iconic building developments shaping London's future skyline.

You will work alongside renowned architects and developers, providing vital quantity surveying expertise during dynamic and complex projects such as:

  • The multi-billion pound regeneration of Battersea Power Station

  • A flagship new museum quarter in the City

  • An exclusive Knightsbridge hotel with high-end residential towers

Leveraging your unmatched attention to detail and commercial insight, you will:

  • Provide quantity surveying services from early design stages up to project completion

  • Develop detailed cost models, forecasts, and control budgets

  • Analyse tenders and undertake lifecycle cost planning

  • Advise on value engineering, procurement methods, and construction cost control

To stand out, you will have 5+ years' experience within leading quantity surveying consultancies. First-class communication skills are essential, alongside proven ability handling multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
