My client is a well established, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy specialising in the delivery of project management, cost consultancy, building surveying and principal designer services to all areas of the construction and property industry and are currently seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
What you will be doing:
You will be working on a range of projects in both the public and private residential, education and commercial sectors. The role is client facing, working within an ambitious and professional team carrying out a full suite of quantity surveying skills pre and post contract.
What they are looking for:
The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of construction contracts and have a minimum of 3 years' experience working within the property sector.
