What you'll be doing as the successful Project Manager:
Leading the successful delivery of diverse, high-value construction projects across multiple sectors
Managing scope, budgets, programmes, and teams to achieve outstanding results
Coordinating multidisciplinary design and delivery teams with clarity and confidence
Building strong client relationships through trust, communication, and exceptional service
Contributing to business growth and mentoring the next generation of project leaders
Requirements:
A degree in a construction-related discipline (Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or similar)
Proven consultancy experience managing complex construction projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving mindset
Professional accreditation (MAPM, MRICS, MCIOB) - or working towards it
Full UK driving licence and willingness to visit project sites
