SALARY: UP TO £55K!

This innovative construction consultancy firm is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their well-established team in Manchester. You will be delivering major multi-million-pound infrastructure projects, perfect for someone looking to gain more exposure within the infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Ensure high-quality project and programme management standards are maintained across the entire project lifecycle.

  • Advise clients on project costs, schedules, risks, and issues, ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Manage multi-disciplinary professional teams to achieve project goals.

  • Lead communications and develop strong relationships with clients and their stakeholders.

  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports, including project programmes, risk registers, and other key project documentation.

  • Implement effective communication tools to facilitate clear and concise project updates.

  • Develop and execute project delivery plans, ensuring objectives are met.

  • Proactively challenge the status quo, adapt to changing environments, and consistently deliver high performance.

  • Pursue continuous improvement in project management standards and techniques.

Requirements of the Project Manager:

  • Currently hold or are working towards a Project Management Qualification with APM, RICS, or equivalent certification.

  • Proven experience in applying best practice project management techniques.

  • A solid understanding of pre- and post-contract project management responsibilities, with the ability to deliver these services effectively to clients.

  • Experience managing projects across their entire lifecycle, from inception to completion.

  • NEC management experience is desirable but not essential.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence teams and stakeholders.
