This leading construction consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their renowned team in London. You will play a key role in delivering some of London's most high-profile and complex real estate projects, including large-scale hotel conversions, premium residential developments, and mixed-use schemes.

As a Project Manager, you will be working with renowned property developer clients in the capital, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking.
  • Establish effective processes and systems for project management.
  • Produce project plans and manage teams, as required.
  • Monitor project progress, track performance indicators, and document changes.
  • Prepare and present written project communications and formal progress reports.
  • Liaise regularly with clients, contractors, and designers.
  • Attend project meetings and prepare minutes.
  • Support in creating client presentations and updating internal databases.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, particularly in consultancy roles within London.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects, ideally £20m+ in value, within residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
  • Professional qualifications in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture are preferred.
